Two sources report similarly:

"ALL OPERATIONS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. A 3 STAR MUST APPROVE ANY ACTIONS. ADDITIONALLY, ALL ISAF FORCES ARE TO SEPARATE FROM THEIR AFGHAN COUNTERPARTS."

  It is 100% true. We are all standing fast on our COPs. Leadership down to the PLT level have authority to create "White space" between us and ANSF.
