Had distinct pleasure to see Brothers at War tonight. Continue to be overwhelmed at the bravery and dedication of our servicemen and women. Am also sometimes angry at those here at home who malign their efforts. Best to your family. Gig Harbor, Washington

See this film. It is powerful, profound and more insightful than words. Jake is a great man and this film is the story of every service member and every family of a service member. It is not a war film.. it's a film about an American family. Someday I will get to shake Jake's hand and thank him personally for this film. I am looking forward to that day.....

Michael, thank you for posting this! I was an NCO in F Co. 51st IN (LRSC) (Airborne), one of the units portrayed. While I have yet to see the movie in its entirety, I was around for much of the filming. Cpt. Rademacher is a good man and a great soldier. I hope everyone will check it out and, if so moved, try to organize a showing where they live.

I was able to get down to San Antonio this past Friday night to see the movie. I posted about the experience on my blog over the weekend, and even had the Director of Photography, Marc Miller, find my post and comment on it. I cannot more highly recommend people see this movie!
